Mormons are members of the church of Jesus Christ of latter day saints.They Things you did not know about Mormon's practise the Christian Religion. 







1.Their place is worship is Chapels and Temples
2.Mormons have the sabbath day which is Sunday. This day is kept holy and they attend Sunday Sacrament Service and then they have two Sunday school classes.
3.You have to be baptised inorder to be a member of the church.Some people are born in the church but will be baptised at the age of eight.Which is known as the age of accountability.Which means children are able to clearly tell what is right and what is wrong at this age.

4.When one is baptised one makes covenants with God.Which means one agrees to keep the commandments of God.
5.Sacrament is taken every Sunday as a symbol of renewing those covenants made during baptism. 
6.Mormons have a prophet and there is only one prophet at a time.The prophet receives revelations from God.
7.Mormons believe in missionary work.
Members of the church are sent to different countries to spread the gospel of Jesus Christ. 
8.Mormons believe in modesty and honest dealings with fellow men.
9.Mormons believe in finding happiness in this life and living life well so that one can return to God and be happy.
10.Mormons believe in eternal marriages.Which means you can be sealed to your partner for eternity.
11.Mormons believe in humility and charity.
12.Mormons believe we are all children of God and so we are all brothers and sisters.

13.Mormons do not give offerings but they give tithe. Which is ten percent of ones earnings.
14.Mormons fast every first Sunday of every month and give the money they were to spend on the meals of the day to the needy. 
15.Mormons believe that families can live together forever if they keep all the covenants and commandments and are baptised .

16.Mormons believe in both spiritual and physical well being and so they do not take tea,coffee,alcohol,tobacco or too much of something that maybe addictive and harmful to the body.
