Complains by Mormons on Facebook about the ways things are ran in Mormon Church in Kenya(part 2)

The following are complains by Mormons on Facebook about the ways things are ran in Mormon church in Kenya in Africa. These are not my posts so i am not liable or accountable for what is said.

Leadership is for different reasons when looked at critically, some are called to unite the people, to pronounce growth, to establish systems that work and even to have them grow and develop in their personal capacity. For that reason I ask myself for what purpose has the current leadership been called. When Elder ........was at the helm, he brought order, kicked out the sellers and buyers trading in The Lord's house. Years have gone and the same goons have returned and are now trading and cutting deals like never before. One leader is now the kingpin of land in Eastern part of Nairobi and will sell you land and provide you with a tender in the Church and hike the prices for your products so you can pay him fast and quick. It will bother you in paying the sacred funds of tithing and fast offering as well as other forms of offerings. The level of hypocrisy is beyond yours and my own imagination.
The Church is now split along ethnic lines as one tribe claims to be the rightful owners of the church and bogging down any attempts to wrestle it down from them. Within this called tribal chiefs, they have mutated into a class of we we and ours ours. Its a clique of the temporal that will do all they can to stay afloat regardless of their inner and self standing. I will tell you how land worth a few millions was hiked in prices to ensure their money appetite was met in the facilities management department. Be informed and remain true.

When we started this journey, it wasn't going to be easy or a walk in the park. I look back and understand its magnitude. I must report that there is improvement and its coming faster than initially thought and intended. It's The Lord's doing. Like I promised to share with you the concerns of the saints, please find hem below:

One thing that has crossed my mind is that church employment is totally separable from church callings and therefore members are not employed by virtue of their calling.Church employment is professional, people earn salaries. For that reason therefore, there is need for transparency in recruitment. For the same reason those employed should be accountable to their seniors and the church as a whole. That is why I think ............ ,has a right to voice his concerns. There is no ark that is being steadied here!
The cartels at the hill can't step a side, they can't comment here, they want the status quo...REASON their mouths are full and busy chewing the sacred fund. The church is full of Kanyaris(questionable church leaders)

The word nepotism comes from the Latin word nepos, meaning “nephew” or “grandchild” and refers to the granting of employment to family members regardless of merit. The word’s usage is traced to the practice of popes in the middle ages who would bestow high, ecclesiastical offices (such as that of cardinal) to nephews and illegitimate sons (who were referred to as “nephews”). Church historian Philip Schaff notes that higher office in the church was mostly limited during the middle ages to members of seven families, saying, “The cases in which the red hat [of a cardinal] was conferred for piety or learning were rare." 1. The most notable practitioner of nepotism during this period was Pope Callixtus III (also referred to as Callistus III, born Alfonso de Borja [Italian Borgia]) who was pope from 1455–58.

It injured the reputation of Callistus III, as it gave more color to the charges of nepotism which were even then freely levelled against him. He had already raised to the cardinalate two of his nephews, one of whom, the youthful Rodrigo [25 years old when made cardinal], was later to become Pope Alexander VI; he bestowed upon a third the governorship of the Castle of Sant’ Angelo and the title of Duke of Spoleto. Many asserted that his opposition to Ferdinand of Aragon was due to his desire of securing Naples for the worthless Duke of Spoleto.2Callixtus’ nephew, Pope Alexander VI subsequently appointed Alessandro Farnese, his mistress’ brother, to the office of cardinal. I solemnly charge you in the presence of God and of Christ Jesus and of His chosen angels, to maintain these principles without bias, doing nothing in a spirit of partiality states the book of Timothy. We surely cannot change the direction of the wind but we can adjust our sails to reach our destination. Courtesy of the Lithuanian library

With passage of time and days, we need to query our destiny as a people with The Restored Gospel otherwise we just willed time in our probationary stage of development. How is it possible that tendering for church blinders and curtains is given to the wife of one of the church employees and yet there are hundreds of returned missionaries who have come back gotten PEF school loans and graduated from design schools and struggle to repay their loans because such opportunities are a preserve of afew. Who is addressing their plight? Why do we have returned going back to where hey once served instead of building Zion in their homelands? Simple they have seen the trend of partial treatment and they have sworn to make it. They don't want to be coming to the office to look for peace jobs like orphans of the forgotten world. I call upon them to demand their rightful place in The Kingdom and build it for that is their continued calling....
